Web site lists
Here is a Web site with an unusual URL: http://www.tutorials.com/fd/viagrafix.asp. I noticed the list on the left and thought it could be made clearer with some organization. Here is the information on the left with my notes highlighted in yellow:
Course-Catalog
| | All Tutorials |

Customer Service

This Web site uses just two headers on its list: ‘Course-Catalog’ and ‘Customer Service’. I would add some headers like this:
COURSE-CATALOGS
Business & Commercial
Computer & Internet
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| |
Home & Personal

| | |
| |

| | |
| | |
| |
Customer Service

| |
Also, I would put the ‘miscellaneous’ links into other categories.
you flag and then fix a common problem with unordered (and ordered) lists: too many bulleted items. a list with more than 5 or 6 is no longer scanner-friendly. you do a brilliant job sub-categorizing the very lengthy roster of items. super change.
